Restrictions will become more easygoing in the country including on the Bellarine Peninsula. It is time to appreciate our regained freedom while complying with the regulations of the government to stay safe. Thus the question arises, “What are the best things to do on the Bellarine Peninsula right now?”
Join our grand reopening! On Sunday the 7th of June, Oneday Estate will reopen its doors to receive visitors. We can’t wait to start again and provide you with our signature services. Visit us during our Sunday Sessions and appreciate our new freedom in style. Enjoy one of our delicious meals while trying out the best wines. This will be a great and safe way to enjoy your free time after being restricted for so long. To create a safe and hygienic environment for you, we want to inform you about the measures we take, which also comply with the Victorian government regulations.
BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL
Please visit our website and book online. Walk-ins cannot be accepted yet. Additionally, only customers at 18 years and older are allowed for now because of the limited number of visitors, and to ensure social distancing as well. Upon arrival, every guest will kindly be asked to provide their full names and contact numbers in assistance to contact tracing in the event of an outbreak.
2 SITTINGS
Until further notice, 2 sittings will be available every Sunday. The first sitting starts at 12 pm (noon) and the second sitting at 2:30pm. We can only allow 32 customers per sitting in our indoor dining areas and 6 customers per table.
However, if the weather is nice, we will be opening our 3 outdoor areas (60 more seats). So please keep an eye out on our social media platforms – Facebook & Instagram – we will let you know about the latest booking updates on Friday afternoon.
CLEANING AND PHYSICAL DISTANCING
To assure your safety we have implemented several extra precautions. Before each opening, the area will be deep cleaned, during the sittings frequent cleaning and disinfection will be carried out, and sanitisers will be available on each table. Our own 70% ABV sanitiser will be available for purchase at the estate and on our online store [100 ml for $10 and 500 ml for $25].
To ensure physical distancing (1 patron per 4 square metres) we will have markers on the floor as reminders to keep a safe distance from the other guests. Also, due to the current regulations, only table service will be offered (no bar service).
MODIFIED MENU
Enjoy our delicious modified menu during your visit. Beverages can only be served in conjunction with a meal. The available dishes at the moment are our famous woodfired pizzas, our beef and veggie burgers and our small antipasto platter. Desserts will also be available. Although some dishes are not available for now, we can assure you there will be no compromise on the quality of our food.
We are aware that some of these rules might feel like minor inconveniences for some of you, but we trust that our loyal clientele will understand the reason behind some tough decisions that we’ve had to make. In saying that though, you can rest assured that it will not withhold us from creating a great atmosphere and providing you with delicious meals and our outstanding Oneday Estate wines. Is there any better way to regain our normal lives than the unique Oneday Estate experience on the Bellarine Peninsula?
Book online now to secure one of the limited spots available for yourself, family and friends. With the small number of people per sitting, you will experience an intimate atmosphere at our restaurant.
If for some reason you can’t come to our Sunday Sessions, you can always order our fine wines from our online store.
We are excited to welcome you again at Oneday Estate!
